OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Embeddy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
